5 1 5 Thank you for the incredible service, Jasper was very thorough, kind and courteous. He explained the process, arranged rental car services, he was very personable and worked with my warranty to have services covered to the fullest. I was very impressed with the video recommendations of work needed, Jasper worked with me to prioritized the list of repairs. I was very impressed with the shop, it was very clean, the staff was friendly. I will recommend friends and family. I look forward to finishing the remainder of my work. 1

4 1 5 My car had a complicated transmission problem that took a lot of problem solving. Although I was frustrated about the amount of time it took to complete the job, they stuck with it until it was fixed. They offered a loaner car which was appreciated but I declined. I’m happy to have my car back and the problem is solved. I would have given 5 stars but there were times when we were told we would get updates on the repair progress that we didn’t get. To end on a positive note, their staff was very professional and they stand behind their work. 1

My car had a complicated transmission problem that took a lot of problem solving. Although I was frustrated about the amount of time it took to complete the job, they stuck with it until it was fixed. They offered a loaner car which was appreciated but I declined.
