5 1 5 It was a bummer my transmission needed fixing but I'm really grateful to have found Placentia Super Service. Ironically they were recommended by another auto shop. I cannot express enough how refreshing it was to not be bullshitted just because I'm a woman. Mechanics are notorious for preying on women and lying about costs and unnecessary repairs, but that wasn't the case at all here. I was treated very well! Bob and AJ were honest with me about the work done on my car and their recommendations for other services that should be done on my car soon. They did not make me feel pressured to get other services done. Again, very refreshing. 1

It was a bummer my transmission needed fixing but I'm really grateful to have found Placentia Super Service. Ironically they were recommended by another auto shop. I cannot express enough how refreshing it was to not be bullshitted just because I'm a woman. 5 1 5 Bob, Andrew, Ryan and the rest of the staff at Placentia Super Service... these guys are legit. I bring my vehicles here and have not been disappointed with the service or with how we are treated. Every time we've been here, the level of service has exceeded our expectations. On a recent visit with our van that I knew needed some tender loving care, we were called by Ryan and he very professionally and with no pressure explained all that the mechanic had found during his evaluation of the vehicle. I trust these guys because they explain things simply and break down which items are critical to be addressed and which could potentially wait. It is refreshing and not so common anymore to have someone take the time to explain things and answer your questions. I would without hesitation, recommend this business for your auto maintenance and repair needs. 1

5 1 5 I recently took my 2005 GMC Yukon, I came in stressed and annoyed, left happy and satisfied with the service and the cost after taking it into PSS! They did eventing they could to get the ticking noise fixed on my truck and to save me some money, but push came to shove and we had to do a deeper repair. Bob and Ryan were excellent with their service and their updates when I would reach out. The tech they use as well here is awesome from the diagnostic link to show you what they recommend, to the text to reach the shop with updates. They got the job done and fixed a little things here and there after the repair but they were prompt in getting them taken care of fast! The warranty for their repairs as well is awesome! They really do care about their clients and want to keep the repeat clients! I am coming back for all of my vehicles repairs as well as my wife's vehicle. I highly recommend Placentia Super Service to anyone with Auto repair issues! Thanks guys for all your help and patience but mostly to your dedication in making sure your clients are satisfied with your service, I wear my shirt with pride! 1

5 1 5 I call around to several place to get some work on my Saab. Many places said that they didn\'t work on Saabs or there prices were ridiculous. They quoted me a price for parts only that the total cost of parts and labor PSS. They are quick and friendly and I would definitely refer anyone to them. Thanks Placentia Super Service! 1
