I recently took my 2005 GMC Yukon, I came in stressed and annoyed, left happy and satisfied with the service and the cost after taking it into PSS! They did eventing they could to get the ticking noise fixed on my truck and to save me some money, but push came to shove and we had to do a deeper repair. Bob and Ryan were excellent with their service and their updates when I would reach out. The tech they use as well here is awesome from the diagnostic link to show you what they recommend, to the text to reach the shop with updates. They got the job done and fixed a little things here and there after the repair but they were prompt in getting them taken care of fast! The warranty for their repairs as well is awesome! They really do care about their clients and want to keep the repeat clients! I am coming back for all of my vehicles repairs as well as my wife's vehicle. I highly recommend Placentia Super Service to anyone with Auto repair issues! Thanks guys for all your help and patience but mostly to your dedication in making sure your clients are satisfied with your service, I wear my shirt with pride!
