It was a bummer my transmission needed fixing but I'm really grateful to have found Placentia Super Service. Ironically they were recommended by another auto shop. I cannot express enough how refreshing it was to not be bullshitted just because I'm a woman. Mechanics are notorious for preying on women and lying about costs and unnecessary repairs, but that wasn't the case at all here. I was treated very well! Bob and AJ were honest with me about the work done on my car and their recommendations for other services that should be done on my car soon. They did not make me feel pressured to get other services done. Again, very refreshing.

Bob, Andrew, Ryan and the rest of the staff at Placentia Super Service... these guys are legit. I bring my vehicles here and have not been disappointed with the service or with how we are treated. Every time we've been here, the level of service has exceeded our expectations. On a recent visit with our van that I knew needed some tender loving care, we were called by Ryan and he very professionally and with no pressure explained all that the mechanic had found during his evaluation of the vehicle. I trust these guys because they explain things simply and break down which items are critical to be addressed and which could potentially wait. It is refreshing and not so common anymore to have someone take the time to explain things and answer your questions. I would without hesitation, recommend this business for your auto maintenance and repair needs.
