These guys were great, i have the carmax warranty care and they took very good care of my vehicle and kept me updated with pricing and allowed me to keep my vehicle there while i was out of town. When i first bought the car i had my initial and primary concerns taken care of at carmax for the first few weeks. After that carmax did not really help me and i didnt want to wait another 2 weeks for a visit. When i brought it into Placentia Super Service i explained the concerns, they put it on a lift for me and i explained everything. They also fixed the issues Carmax supposedly repaired since carmax did not fix it properly the first time. These guys took there time, helped me get a good rate, and quote me other repairs i did not notice at first. I will be coming back for continued service and any warranty workPlacentia Super Service

He didn't pressure me to have all of the work done right away but did say it should be done sooner than later. When I went to pick up my car, I got to meet Bob. We had a great conversation while I was waiting for my car to finish. Such great customer service and when I asked what were things I could look out for in the future, he explained everything to me.
